Today at the Cranfield hydrogen showcase, BBC filmed the Toyota Mirai car running around the campus. The movie should appear on TV soon. The vehicle is the 2016 model which has been much improved in 2021, but the quiet electric running, the instant electrical torque and power, and the luxurious ride were all evident. The idea is that campuses which are setting up green hydrogen supply could readily act as hubs for UK filling stations.
