Kevin Kendall has worked on hydrogen and also on fuel cells since 1990. That was the year that California woke up to toxic air from combustion cars and mandated Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs). We are still not there because the auto-giants fought back. But the time is now set for hydrogen vehicles, which are electric cars driven on hydrogen fuel, to take over.
