INFINIUM has spent £15M on a 15 acre site near Thurrock which will use solar and other electricity sources to refuel 500 electric vans. This is an indication that the National Grid cannot possibly cope with electric vehicles as numbers grow into millions by 2030. Obviously, Infinium means to make profits from this investment, but they do not mention how much a kWh of van-charging will cost. The key question is 'Why are hydrogen electric vehicles not included?'
