Serious questions are now being asked about UK being a factor 64 behind China in the British hydrogen refueling station infrastructure. Fiona Hyslop (Transport Minister) attempted to answer a question from
Brian Whittle,Conservative, Scotland, about the lack of hydrogen stations for trucks etc. Fiona woffled about the existing hydrogen station in Aberdeen, the only one at which I can fill-up my Mirai hydrogen car in the whole of Scotland, commending that as roll-out. Not a satisfactory answer. The Government is better at writing documents than delivering hydrogen; as proved by the Zero Emission Truck Taskforce, to publish an Heavy-Goods-Vehicle pathway next year.
