20 hydrogen buses in Birmingham seem to have disappeared. The rumour is that cracks appeared in metal supporting the hydrogen system so repairs were necessary. The same happened to several Wrightbus doubledeckers in Scotland. Little information has been released. This issue has compounded the difficulties experienced by the ITM hydrogen staion which has been closed down for 6 weeks and shows no sign of reopening. Again, information is not being given out. Without hydrogen and without buses, the Birmingham project looks bad.
